Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth service in the restaurant and bakManage and motivate all staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking when needed.
Handle outlet cash management, daily sales reporting, and expense tracking.
Address customer complaints and resolve service issues promptly.
Enforce company policies and standard operating procedures.
Train new and existing team members for improved performance.
Track outlet performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
Ensure synergies between all sections towards achieving company goals.
Ensure prompt attention is given to all equipment and infrastructure in the Bake House
Effective communication with the head office and support services towards attaining operational excellence
Attend to all government agencies in line with company policy
Requirements:
OND/HND or B.Sc. in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
Knowledge of restaurant / Bakery operations and food handling practices
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role in a fast food restaurant or hospitality setting
