Responsibilities:
Healthcare Partnership Development:
- Build strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
- Identify key decision makers, including dietitians, doctors, pharmacists, and procurement managers.
- Position Shroom products as trusted clinical and functional nutrition solutions.
Institutional Sales & Business Development:
- Actively drive sales of Shroom products to hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare distributors.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of institutional clients and healthcare accounts.
- Negotiate supply agreements and long-term purchase arrangements with healthcare institutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the healthcare channel.
Clinical Product Education:
- Educate healthcare professionals on the nutritional benefits and clinical applications of Shroom products.
- Conduct nutrition seminars, product demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare staff.
- Translate nutrition science into practical recommendations for patient wellness and dietary support.
